Dear Customers,
I want you to explain something to me. After you’re all ringed up and everything is packed and we part ways, why do you come back in a fit of rage about 5 minutes later to yell at me I charged you twice or something didn’t come off or your produce was rung up wrong?
Do you think I can make an exchange? Do you think I can refund you? Well guess what.
I can’t.
You see, that is why there is that magical part in front of the store called Customer Service. That is where you go. After you pay me I can do nothing more for you other than say sorry and point you to customer service.
So next time you see the cashier made an error save yourself some time and go straight to the place that will provide you help, not the cashier who barely remembers your order and can do anything for you.
